ArtWalks + Artist

Join artist Makayla Binter and ArtWalks CLT for ArtWalks + Artist in Historic West End on Saturday, October 15 at 1:30 pm.
Explore public art, murals, and placemaking around Five Points Plaza and be a part of the Paint Day for the new Five Points Community Mural at Rita’s. Artist Lo’Vonia Parks and Bunny Gregory of The Underground will be leading a Community Paint Day from 2:30 – 4:40 pm for the new mural coming to Rita’s Ice at Five Points Plaza.
Our one-hour artwalk begins at the Five Points Plaza. This event is free. Light rail access is from the Gold Line. Parking is available at the Mosaic parking deck. ArtWalks + Artists in Historic West End, the Community Paint Day, and new mural at Rita’s are sponsored by the Charlotte Urban Design Placemaking Grants.
